Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning products and managing stock levels within the warehouse.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production targets.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Current and valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
