Your Role:
We are looking for a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility and loading docks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning pallets and verifying stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling and equipment operation.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (OSHA compliant) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
