Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using manual and electric pallet jacks
- Verify inventory accuracy and complete shipping/receiving documentation
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for immediate hire)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environment (32°F-45°F)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- Pass pre-employment background check
