Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipment contents against packing slips and manifests.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all company policies regarding material handling and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA compliant) required; certification provided for qualified candidates.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
