Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand safety labels and logs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
