Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and document stock movements accurately using handheld scanners.
- Stack and organize pallets according to warehouse specifications to optimize space.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in good working condition.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
