Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock records accurately.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse to ensure optimal workflow and storage capacity.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
