Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to 5S standards.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Perform daily inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to maximize workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to learn and obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Valid driver's license preferred.
