Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently. You will be responsible for the safe and accurate movement of materials, inventory management, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Organize and stack products securely to prevent damage and accidents.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse duties including cleaning and organizing.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Willingness to learn and obtain necessary forklift certifications.
