Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/after shifts to ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory tracking systems and documentation procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year prior forklift experience in warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
