Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards
- Coordinate with warehouse team for seamless loading/unloading of trucks and containers
- Accurately document inventory movements using digital tracking systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent hazards
- Participate in safety training and drills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
