Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and hand trucks.
- Scan barcodes and verify inventory counts to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland location.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- No experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
