Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Assist in general warehouse duties when not operating heavy machinery.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a distribution or warehouse setting is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
