Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, Counterbalance) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards and OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or WMS software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
