Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones to ensure easy access.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and scanning of orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Sit-Down) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
