Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Inspect machinery daily to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning pallets and verifying stock levels.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class A or B not required but preferred for some roles).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
