Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO principles and safety protocols
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
