Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery trucks.
- Verify and count all incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Organize and stack pallets safely in designated storage areas to maximize space efficiency.
- Perform regular safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and warehouse safety.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience is necessary; we will train the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available for full-time hours (First Shift, Second Shift, or Night Shift).
