Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.
- Organize the warehouse floor to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Accurately document inventory movements and damages as required.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CFP/CFII) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
