Responsibilities
- Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Verify and scan inventory against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for shipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (CDL Class B preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and comprehend safety manuals.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
