Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage and retrieval processes
- Operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment
- Support cross-training initiatives for versatile warehouse operations
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
