Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Organize and stock inventory in a timely and accurate manner to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or damaged goods immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Current forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
