Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials in warehouse and dock areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory control and documentation tasks
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish language skills a plus for Miami market
