Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, unload, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
- Accurately receive, verify, and document incoming inventory using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld inventory scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
