Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume distribution center
- Accurately move, load, and unload palletized materials using RF scanners
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Support inventory control through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Ensure proper staging and organization of outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system familiarity
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 5:30 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
