Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets and products safely
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counting procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily production targets
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly storage areas to maximize efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Reliable transportation to and from the night shift schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
