Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Pallet Jack) to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo is secure and undamaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow strict safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to workplace safety.
