Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets of goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in warehouse organization and maintaining clean workspaces
- Support cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with 1+ years of experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with potential overtime
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
