Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse guidelines
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Support warehouse cleanup and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
