Responsibilities
- Safely move and sort packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment using scanners and conveyors
- Operate powered industrial equipment (training provided) to transport inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid government-issued ID
