Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Safely load/unload trucks and stage inventory for production lines
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak production hours
- Complete daily paperwork and digital documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule consistently
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
