Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed
