Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company material handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train on new warehouse technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with occasional weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
