Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Ensure proper storage of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
- Assist in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent) with 1+ years recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial District location
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Preferred experience with RF scanners and WMS software
