Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance checks on equipment before and after shifts
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent damage
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level candidates welcome with paid training
- Valid driver's license (must pass forklift certification training)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
