Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials in warehouse zones
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks before shift operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization activities
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
