Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Perform inventory counts and verify product accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist in receiving, stacking, and organizing stock in designated zones
- Support warehouse cleanliness and safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
