Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in 30,000 sq ft climate-controlled warehouse
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or material handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (6 PM - 4:30 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
