Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move, load, and unload materials
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and warehouse organization
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless workflow coordination
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Spanish bilingual preferred
