Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in designated areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment daily
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/untract trailers using proper loading techniques and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
