Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets of goods in a 500,000 sq ft warehouse
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with precision and efficiency
- Complete shift reports and documentation in our WMS system
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in high-volume environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
