Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts efficiently and safely to move, locate, and stack materials in designated storage areas
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operations
