Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory and organize goods in designated storage zones
- Maintain detailed logs of operations and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient loading/unloading of trailers
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Support inventory control through systematic stock rotation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
