Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and place materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweep and organize aisles.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, and shipping preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff regarding inventory and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification (CP or Class III).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
