Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Scan, sort, and organize stock with high accuracy to maintain inventory levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: A strong work history and willingness to work hard.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and write in English.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
