Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening of cargo.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow inventory management procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator License (must be presented at interview).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
