Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, ensuring 100% accuracy before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, adhering to safety protocols for forklift and pallet jack operation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
