Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and stock rotation in real-time
- Maintain clean and organized work zones
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
