Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up models) to move materials within warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Coordinate with team members for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization
- Complete daily shift logs and productivity reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexibility to work 8-hour night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
