Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload containers and trucks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital scanning systems
- Inspect and prepare shipments for domestic/international distribution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with digital inventory systems (WMS) preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality
- Pass background check and drug screening
